Animator of seniors – activation of people 55 plus

Abstract
The article shows a local leader's characteristics and the tasks he is supposed to take in senior political contexts. The author indicates the necessity of job activation of people 55+ considering new activity context for this group and social inclusion of older people simultaneously. Realizing projects in this area are being described as well.
