Family activity of eldery men

Abstract
The article considers the question of the family activity of older men in the light of the author’s empirical research. The introduction refers to fundamental issues concerning terminology of the demographic aspects of old age. The author continues by characterizing forms of activity of senior citizens, particularly family activity forms, and presents methodological assumptions of her research. The family activity of men aged 60+ living in the city and the countryside is analyzed further in the study, focusing on analyzing the factors determining particular forms of family activity. The article finishes with conclusions following from the research.
