Impact of environmental design on psychological and physical well-being among people with Alzheimer’s Disease

Abstract

A growing number of researchers and professional business with the elderly sees it physical importance and conditions of use that contribute to the well-being and an improvement in the nursing home's quality of life. The purpose of the article there is a literature review on the impact of an environmental organization on the welfare, mental and physical condition of people who have Alzheimer's disease. This article reviews Alzheimer's disease and reviews dementia research and environmental projects, highlighting the relationship between drugs' architectural solutions and reducing the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. The directions of research results aimed at environmental improvement and increasing the quality of services for the elderly were indicated in an institutional setting.
