Abstract

The dynamic development of digital technologies is giving more and more people the opportunity to actively participate in the creation and processing of information. On the one hand, this process affects democratic processes. On the other hand, it can lead to the exclusion of certain groups of people. The purpose of the article is to introduce the theoretical basis and binding documents in the context of the discussion of digital inclusion from the perspective of andragogy. As well as highlighting measures for the elderly in this regard. Digital inclusion now represents the well-being of individuals. It fosters personal development, allows participation in lifelong learning, while expanding opportunities for greater involvement in decision-making processes.
