LEGAL PROTECTION AFFORDED TO THE AGGRIEVED OFFICER OF THE PRISON SERVICE AS AN ENHANCEMENT OF THEIR SENSE OF SECURITY

Abstract
This article deals with the issue of one of the security areas – the area known as public
security and public order. The article deals with the issues of law, as well as institutions
and units responsible for maintaining security and order in the prison. Work
in the prison is associated with a high risk of event threaten the health and life of
prison staff. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relatively new legal solutions
in the field of legal protection for officers in case of victimization by specific offenses
related to their service.
