Abstract
The article presents the profile of Professor Kinga Wiśniewska-Roszkowska, an outstanding geriatrician who lived and worked in Lodz. Her professional interests focused on geriatrics, gerontology, sexology, and the study of families. She wrote and published many scientific books and popular works to reach a broad audience. The article showcases her scientific achievements and presents her as an extraordinary person who sacrificed herself for others and supported those in need. Her life was filled with such values as God, patriotism, and homeland. She was an outstanding, wise and experienced woman.
