Security Forum magazine adheres to the principles set out in the code of conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The editorial team is committed to the highest standards of diligence and transparency in the editorial process, particularly with regard to:

• It is imperative to uphold the integrity of the peer review process, encompassing the implementation of double-blind peer review.
• The following is a list of the detection and prevention of scientific misconduct (plagiarism, data falsification and self-plagiarism).
• It is imperative that the following disclosure is made with regard to any conflicts of interest that may be held by the authors, reviewers and members of the editorial board.
• The primary objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal framework surrounding the protection of copyright and the establishment of conditions for the dissemination of content within the Open Access paradigm.

The editorial board is committed to implementing the Committee on Publication Ethics' (COPE) recommendations concerning the management of alleged infringements. Furthermore, the board is obligated to disseminate corrections, retractions, or explanatory statements when required.
