Abstrakt
Agriculture is one of the most hazardous sectors, exposing workers to mechanical,
chemical, biological, and weather-related risks. This article aims to analyze the impact
of environmental variables and modern technologies on occupational safety in
agriculture. Key risk factors, such as extreme weather events, improper machinery
operation, and exposure to chemicals, were identified. Innovative technologies, such
as IoT, were discussed as potential tools for risk management. The findings emphasize
the need for an interdisciplinary approach that integrates education, protective
technology development, and effective risk management. The article highlights the
importance of collaboration between researchers, farmers, and policymakers to create
safer working conditions.
